- Google Sign-In data: if you choose Google authentication, we receive your Google account email and basic profile identifiers needed to create or link your ChartDatabase account. We do not receive your Google password.
- Subscription/billing data: payment status and plan via Whop. We never store full card numbers.
- Usage data: pages viewed, features used, device/browser info, approximate location inferred from IP (city/country), timestamps.
- Alert and watchlist data: symbols you track and alert conditions you configure.
- Telegram link data: Telegram chat ID and username when you connect alerts via our bot.
- Logs: application and security logs to detect abuse and ensure reliability.
3. How We Use Data
- Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Service.
- Authenticate users, prevent fraud/abuse, and enforce our Terms.
- Send alerts, administrative messages, and service announcements.

- Whop for billing and subscription checkout
- Google (only if you use Google Sign-In)
- Cloud hosting and database providers
- Telegram (for alert delivery when you connect your account)
- Error monitoring and security tooling
We do not sell personal data. We do not sell your information to data brokers or allow advertising networks to build cross-site tracking profiles. Analytics or conversion tracking (such as Whop conversion measurement) is strictly governed by your explicit consent preferences.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described or as required by law. Account data is retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period after closure for fraud prevention and legal requirements.
7. Security
We employ technical and organizational measures to protect data, including encryption in transit, role‑based access controls, audit logging, rate limiting, and regular backups. No system can be 100% secure; please use strong passwords and keep your devices secure.
8. Telegram Alerts
When you connect Telegram, we store your Telegram chat ID and username to deliver alert messages. You can disconnect anytime in Settings → Notifications or by sending /stop to our bot.
9. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use strictly essential cookies for user authentication, session security, CSRF protection, and (if you choose it) Google Sign-In. These cookies are required for the basic functionality of the Service.
Whop Conversion & Traffic Pixel: To measure subscription referrals and attribute checkouts with our merchant of record partner, Whop, we utilize the Whop analytics pixel (https://t.whop.tw). In strict compliance with GDPR and ePrivacy Directive requirements, this pixel is never executed automatically; it is loaded only if you explicitly choose “Accept All” on our cookie consent banner. If you choose “Essential Only”, the tracker is completely blocked.

10. Your Rights
